I researched it a bit and this site has the most info on it. But, according to this thing, direct port meth injection isnt hardly better than before the tb.

Actually everything on that site is wrong. Pre-throttle body injection is a ***** way to do it, you end up starving the middle 2 cylinders for water, which are your two hottest cylinders anyway.

Your first link are some guys who've been doing it for decades with proven success, and advocate only direct port solutions due to distribution problems. The second site is some random people I've never heard of trying to sell you their product, and the cheaper single sprayer setups are of course easier to sell.

Ok. No arguments here, just looking for some feedback on this. So i get the basic idea of the whole process. And it only makes sense that direct port injection, like n2o, would be more efficient.

I read the link you sent me Robb. I like it better than anything else i have found out there.

How and will using meth/ alcohol change your readings on your afr. I would imagine it would remain the same with a proper tune or maybe show a little rich. Prolly drop the egt

i don't know much about it, but do know lower egt's are a big benefit from it. in for learning some more info from this thread.

It will show rich, egt's are a matter of tuning, not really gonna drop them down. High egt's arent the problem, they are a side-effect of something else going down that we dont want, pre-ignition or knock, too much timing retard, etc.

BTW, knock sensors and EGT gauges are not tuning tools, they are feedback to let us know when things arent going the way we want. Reading the spark plugs and combustion chamber is really the only way to correctly dissern what the engine wants.

Alcohol/methanol are fuels, and you engine wants to use them as such. Their presence will have to be factored into the tuning to get the most out of it.

Water displaces oxygen, fuel. Methanol replaces fuel, has a different stoich point. Bob Harris maintained that in some reactions the injected water that was present split for a time into it's component hydrogen and oxygen, and this would skew wideband readings.

At the end of the day what you want is easy to determine with some dyno time. If you at least have a fresh KS, you could get close with Slider Barz on the street.
